The rooms offered ample space and a cosy feel. Beds deserve praise. The mattress provided great comfort, along with soft pillows and a snug duvet. The rooftop restaurant gave a perfect view and the food tasted delicious. Its central position put restaurants and boutiques within easy reach.
The staff, while generally nice, did not address issues with my order adequately. after explaining the problems, the staff member told me to have a nice day. i thought a proactive approach would have been more appropriate.

the hotel upgraded us, giving us a room with a sea view. i found the staff was very friendly . the location was great since it was near the beach. many restaurants and luxury shops.
the room lacked enough closet space. i also felt the quality of the toilet paper was cheap. these things were a disappointment in an otherwise good stay.

the staff were attentive, and they always tried to solve problems; they were also professional. reception and room service were quick to help with all requests. it was always clean too, so housekeeping did a good job.
