the hotel upgraded us, giving us a room with a sea view. i found the staff was very friendly . the location was great since it was near the beach. many restaurants and luxury shops.
the room lacked enough closet space. i also felt the quality of the toilet paper was cheap. these things were a disappointment in an otherwise good stay.

the staff were attentive, and they always tried to solve problems; they were also professional. reception and room service were quick to help with all requests. it was always clean too, so housekeeping did a good job.

i found the hotel new and modern inside. the rooftop bar had spectacular views of the area. also, i found it convenient that they had a partnership with a local beach, which gave us front-row chairs.

the rooftop restaurant was amazing; i found the food delicious and the service excellent. breakfast was good, though it did get a bit busy. the rooftop setting made meals special.

the hotel has a great location, really close to the promenade and train station. many restaurants and shops are easy to reach. the old town is in walking distance too.
